  • New technologies implementation in an industrial setting is subject to a thorough analysis. The objective of this step is to understand the existing situation, specific to each company, so to determine issues for improvement. This analysis requires a specifically adapted human and technological resources implementation. · The implementation phase introduces the solution into the production system without disrupting the day-to-day activities of a company. Communication between the WebSynco implementation manager and the company’s project manager is constant and ensures a perfect cohesion between all the stakeholders during the process.

At the end of the implementation phase, the WebSynco solution is integrated into the company’s production process.   • For customers using obsolete CMMS software, EnerZam offers data migration. The goal is to transfer the existing maintenance data into the new WebSynco solution. These data must be processed and transformed into the appropriate format for the database.
